Lagoon Hospitals Group is a over two decades old and is a respected hospital group in Nigeria. The hospital group was experiencing stagnant patient and revenue numbers for quite some time. Apollo undertook an evaluation of the existing healthcare system and a review of the local healthcare market. A plan for enhancing service quality, facility expansion, technology upgradation, training and healthcare communication was devised and implemented.
