Apollo Hospitals launches its 50th hospital at Secunderabad
SECUNDERABAD: The 50th hospital of the Apollo Hospitals Group was launched at Secunderabad on April 2nd, 2010. The 150-bed tertiary care hospital was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Sri K Rosaiah at Secunderabad. Dr. Prathap C Reddy, Chairman, Apollo Group of Hospitals presided over the function.

CM inaugurates hospital in Bhubaneswar
BHUBANESWAR: Leading private healthcare group Apollo on Friday opened its hospital in
Bhubaneswar. Chief minister Naveen Patnaik did the honours.
The new 350-bed hospital, the 49th branch of the group, has come up over 7.5 acres along the
Sainik School Road here at an investment of Rs 120 crore. Apollo group chairman P C Reddy
informed the new hospital would house over 50 specialties and super specialties and offer all
major solutions to healthcare problems..

Apollo in pact to manage IGMH in Maldives
Apollo is expected to make an assessment of the needs in the first three months. Ortho, cardiac,
gastro, neuro and acute care and trauma are the specialties that IGMH would offer in the first
phase. In phase II, Apollo would consider setting up a cancer specialty, that would need a "lot of
investment," Apollo Hospitals MD Preetha Reddy told reporters here on Saturday.
